Simple Diet Plan for Weight Loss

🌅 Early Morning

•1 glass of warm water + half lemon juice

•4–5 soaked almonds on an empty stomach


🍳 Breakfast 

•Oats / Porridge + Milk (without sugar)

•Boiled egg or vegetables

🥗 Lunch

•1 small cup of rice
